FAQ
Questions, answered
Do I need a Google Maps API key?
No. Maps are included, with 50,000 map views a month and nothing to set up. If you need more, or want a different map style, connect your own Google Maps or Mapbox key for unlimited views.
How do I add the locator to my store?
Add the Store locator block in the theme editor, switch on the floating button embed, or link to the hosted page the app creates on your store domain.
Can I keep my locations in a spreadsheet?
Yes. Import a CSV at any time, or on Premium connect a published Google Sheet and it syncs in the background.
Does it work with Shopify Markets and multiple languages?
The widget follows the storefront’s language. It comes in English, and you can add a translation of every label for each language you sell in.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from the app. Billing goes through Shopify, so it appears on your normal Shopify invoice.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Uninstalling stops the locator straight away. About 48 hours later Shopify asks us to delete your store’s data, and we delete it: locations, leads, analytics and settings.
